Payment Terms
Payment is expected at time of purchase. We currently except only PayPal payments, which allows you to make credit card payments with or without having a PayPal account. If you would rather pay for the transaction with a money order or cashier's check, please contact us by email to request one of the other payment methods listed. Orders will be shipped after payment has been received and cleared our account.
Return Policy
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy from the carrier's (UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other carrier) confirmed delivery date. You may request a refund or an exchange for another item of equal to or less than value of the original purchase. You must submit a request for an exchange or refund in writing by sending an email message to [email protected]. Your request must include the following information:
Your Name
Your Address (Where the item was shipped.)
Your Phone Number
Item or Product Name
Date of Purchase
Reason for Return/Exchange
We will send you a confirmation email message with an explanation of your reported defect with the product or reason for return or exchange. You will receive credit to your PayPal account after we receive the returned item. To receive full credit for your return, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was shipped and as it appeared in the website listing. Items purchased "as-is" are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We will pay the return shipping fees if the item is defective or is damaged when you receive it.
